Ensure your documents are legally verified with our professional and efficient service, catering to all your notary needs in Los Angeles and Orange County. Scheduling Requirements: Travel is available only if notarization and travel fees total at least $200. Discounts may apply after the 10th notarized signature. You or your client must know which documents need notarization and have a valid ID before I travel. Travel Fees: First 10 miles are free. After that, there is a $10 per mile charge. Scheduling & Down Payment: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A 50% down payment is required via Cash App at (213) 454-9587. Bundles: Clients who request Spanish interpretation services receive free notarization for the first two signatures. After the first two signatures, there is a $20 charge per additional signature. A discount may apply after the 10th signature. Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in cash or via Cash App upon arrival. Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made before 8 p.m. the day before the appointment via text, phone call, or email. Refund Policy: Down payments are non-refundable if you are 15 minutes late or do not show up. A full refund will be issued if I fail to arrive at the agreed location and provide the service.
